Books and Other Items

Broadway Play Publishing Inc has a no-returns policy. Books and other items damaged in transit will be replaced.

Notify us of damaged goods for return instructions.

Performance Rights

Performance-rights advances and payments are generally nonrefundable with the exception of nonprofessional productions cancelled prior to any performances. Review the FAQs page for special circumstances that may be eligible for a refund. Note that for all credit-card-payment refunds, a nonrefundable 2.9% merchant-processing fee must be subtracted.
