Fulfillment

Most of our books are printed on demand, and orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. During busy holiday and back-to-school seasons, however, especially in September, December, and early January, when demand at the printer peaks, orders can sometimes take 7 to 12 business days to ship. Please prepare for longer wait times during these months. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Handling

A $5.00 handling fee applies to all orders that include books or other items requiring shipment.

Shipping

USPS and UPS shipping options are available. Rates are based on the weight, destination, and delivery method of your choice.

Shipping Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email when your order ships which will include a USPS or UPS shipment tracking number, if available.

Delivery

In the event a carrier has not delivered your order, contact us regarding status of the shipment.
